Request for Quotation (RFQ) – PW-2025-04 – Snow Plowing for the 2025-2026 Winter Season

The area of work for this job includes: One Mile of Road – Lot 29 Con. 3 & 4, Methuen Twp. (Clare Newham’s Rd.), 250 Meters of Sandy Lake Road (From County Road 46 to Fire Route #84), Parking Lot at County Road 46, and 96 Shady Lane – Jack Lake Transfer Station.

Winter Season from November 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026. 

Sealed quotations will be received until Wednesday October 8, 2025 at 11:00am.

The Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any quotation and also reserves the right to accept other than the lowest quotation and to cancel this Request for Quotations at any time.
